When visiting this website, no personal data is permanently stored. However, for technical reasons, your IP address is temporarily recorded to deliver the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional operation).

2.1 Contact Form & Email Contact

If you contact me via the contact form or send me a direct email, I process your information (email address) solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in spam protection and traceable communication).

2.2 Technical and Organizational Measures

For spam prevention, I additionally store your IP address as a one-way SHA-256 hash. All data transmission is always encrypted via HTTPS.

2.3 Ongoing Correspondence

If initial contact leads to long-term collaboration or correspondence, I process your data to manage this cooperation. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Storage Duration and Deletion

3.1 IP Hash

The encrypted IP address (SHA-256 hash) serves solely for spam protection and is automatically deleted 24 hours after receiving your message.

3.2 Contact Form Messages

Message content submitted via the contact form (including email address) is promptly deleted after processing and answering your inquiry.

3.3 Storage of Email Correspondence

Emails exchanged during ongoing business or project communication are stored until the correspondence concludes and at most three months thereafter to clarify potential follow-up questions. Subsequently, this data is completely deleted.

4. Data Recipients

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.

6. Right to Lodge a Complaint
